Russia claims Belarus supplies fake salmon caviar
Belarusian producers allegedly passed artificial eggs of salmon for real deal.
Rosselkhoznadzor claims it discovered the fact of egg falsification by the Belarusian JSC Belryba.
According to Russian authorities, reporteed by interfax.by, molecular genetic analysis of a salmon caviar sample (from the trout), produced at Belryba did not show the DNA of the salmon family fish species.
Rosselkhoznadzor explained that this is evidence of artificial origin of the caviar.
