According to Aston's words reported by RIA Novosti , she is convinced that there is a necessity for a global moratorium for death penalty. This is how she commented upon the situation with Dzmitry Kanavalau and Uladzislau Kavalyou, convicted for the terrorist act in Minsk metro.
