The products worth Br274 million have disappeared from Shchuchyn affiliate of Slonim dairy plant. It is not clear who has stolen cheese and butter. However, the administration has demanded that all the workers paid for the missing products, ONT reports.
Workers are afraid to protest for the fear of being fired in the future. Furthermore, all the plant employees signed an agreement making them financially accountable. Workers have been asked to pay from 3 to 6 million roubles to liquidate the loss, director Vital Strohi said. Otherwise, they will be sued.
