Poroshenko demands that Putin fulfill Minsk agreements

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has sent a letter to Russian President Uladzimir Putin. He has demanded that he fulfilled Minsk agreements and released captive Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko. The Ukrainian leader thinks that the sanctions imposed on Russia by the West are effective, RBK reports.
The West should create conditions ‘in which Russia would be made to take part in negotiations and fulfill its commitments, Poroshenko told journalists.
