“It is our friend’s birthday today. He was caught by policemen in plain clothes not far from home and got jailed for 15 days on charges of disobedience to the police. We cannot wish him a happy birthday personally so we have decided to let off fireworks in his honour. Not a single framed-up case can crush our friends and comrades,” the organization announced.
