Judge Volha Dubanevich pronounced the decision. Shumchanka is planning to appeal it.

The Freedom Day action conducted on March 25 was allowed by Minsk authorities. Minsk City Executive Committee allowed walking from the cinema house Kastrychnik to Bangalore Square and to organize a meeting in the Park of People’s Friendship. However, the opposition laid flowers to the monument to Yanka Kupala and conducted a meeting there. Then the people walked towards the metro station Academy of Sciences.
