‘DPR’ authorities refuse from Ukraine’s humanitarian aid
They have no need of Ukrainian humanitarian aid, the government of the so-called Donetsk People ’s Republic announced.
The DPR authorities will not accept Ukraine’s humanitarian aid even if it is disguised as a Red Cross mission, interfax.by reports. “They have their own system of accepting and distributing humanitarian aid and it has already started functioning,” ‘DPR’ leaders claimed.
