Champions League: BATE 0-3 Porto (video)
The Portuguese giants are too good for the Barysau side.
BATE played the last home match of the group stage of the Champions League on Tuesday. The Barysau team played Porto – the club that had defeated them in September with the score 6:0.
Herrera scored a goal after Karnitski’s mistake during the 56th minute. Jackson Martínez scored another goal during the 65th minute and Tello scored the third goal during the 89th minute. BATE had almost no chance to score a goal – the guests’ defence was very strong.
BATE was represented by Chernik, Haiduchyk, Mladenovic (Aleksiyevich, 71), Tubich, Yablonksi, Karnitski (Baha, 67), A.VAladzko, Alyahnovich, M. Valadzko, Hardzyaichuk and Radzivonau (captain, Sihnevich, 75). 10147 people attended the match in Barysau-Arena.
BATE will play the last match of the group stage of the Champions League in Bilbao on December 10. The club will play Atletico.
