Barracks collapse in Russia: 18 people killed (video)
Military investigators have started a criminal case for negligence.
4-storey barracks collapsed in Omsk Oblast, Russia, on July 12. About 40 soldiers were inside the building at that moment. 18 people were killed, 19 are in hospital and 5 are missing, the Russian Ministry of Defense reports.
A criminal case for negligence has been started in Omsk garrison.
According to unofficial reports, the barracks could collapse because of recent repair works. The building construction could be changed during the repairs.
