Alyaksandr Lukashenka to see opposition MPs in parliament on October 7
The President will attend the meeting of the House of Representatives of the old and new convocation at 1 a.m. on October 7. Newly-elected opposition MPs Alena Anisim and Hanna Kanapatskaya have already received their invitations.
It will be a power transfer ceremony from the old to the new MPs, Anisim thinks. However, the press service of the House of Representatives and the President’s Administration have not confirmed the information.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka is paying an official visit to Pakistan on October 4-6.
