Tennis: Sasnovich into Wimbledon second round for first time
Aliaksandra Sasnovich of Belarus advances to the next round after defeating Chinese Lin Zhu in three sets at Wimbledon.
Belarusian tennis player Aliaksandra Sasnovich has made it to the second round of Wimbledon. She has defeated Chinese Lin Zhu in three sets – 4:6, 7:5, 6:1. The Belarusian will compete with Zarina Diyas from Kazakhstan in the next round. Zarina Diyas has defeated Italian Flavia Pennetta.
