J.-E. Holzapfel: We have adapted relations with Belarus to new context

Belarusian annalists think that the West has lost in the confrontation with the Belarusian regime. The announcements were made at a conference “Belarus: creating space for changes” in Kiev.

A political scientist Dzyanis Melyantsou thinks that the West had to make some asymmetrical steps in its relations with Belarus due to the failure of the strategy of democratization of our country.

The head of the EU mission in Minsk Jean-Eric Holzapfel has refuted the idea of the Belarusian analyst:
